    I'm being asked to put a serial number in during installation but the code I have does not seem to work or I am missing a code.
    Solution:

    Unfortunately a batch of this product was manufactured with a mis-printed serial code. Please add a captial M to the end of the code you currently have.

    If you are missing your code, please use this code instead:

    Solution:
    There have been a few patches since the initial release of this title. If you visit and go to the 'updates' section of this website you will find a few downloads that should resolve your issue.

    Problem:

    I've lost or can't find my install code/registration numbers.
    Solution:

    On the front of any valid CD you will find a white box with two codes in it. The first code is the serial number and the second is the activation. Both codes are seperated by a ',' (comma). Contact us if you do not have these codes or they do not work.
