Common problem details
Problem: I get ‘Data move process’ or ‘not enough disk space’ during install, what do I do?
Solution:

Programs running in the background, a full temporary folder and an almost full hard drive could be causing the problem.

1) Remove/uninstall the program if you can via the control panel.

2) Press and hold CTRL and ALT on your keyboard. While holding them, tap the DEL or DELETE key on your keyboard. A new window appears showing a list of programs you currently have open on the PC. Most of these programs run when Windows starts.

3) Highlight one of the programs in the list and click 'End Task', wait a few seconds and repeat section 2 to 3 until only explorer and systray are left in the list. DO NOT END 'SYSTRAY' OR 'EXPLORER' from the list as this will temporarily stop Windows working. This process is 100 percent safe, if anything appears to go wrong, reboot the PC and everything returns to normal and unchanged.

4) Empty you temporary folder. This folder contains old installation files that are no longer needed and can safely be removed. This can free up hard drive space and remove corrupt installation files safely. Open 'My Computer' and browse to the C: or hard drive icon. Double click the yellow 'Windows' folder followed by 'Temp'. (You may need to click 'Show all files on the left hand side before you can see the 'Temp' folder.) Once the 'Temp' folder is open, click 'Edit' at the top followed by select all. Then press delete and say yes to delete the files.

YOU MUST BE SURE THAT YOU ARE IN THE TEMP FOLDER. AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN YOU SHOULD SEE C:\WINDOWS\TEMP. IF YOU CANT SEE IT, DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING AND CARRY ON BELOW.

5) Free up hard drive space. Go into control panel and open the 'Add/Remove Programs' icon, browse the list and remove any programs you don't use anymore. Lack of hard drive space is the most common cause of an install error, be sure you have enough.

6) Now install the program again, if it continues to fail during the installation you may need to contact us at for further help or a replacement CD. (See notes at the bottom before sending the further support team an email.)
