Check your printer is set to the right paper size. (Refer to printer documentation regarding this.)

Click on Start, Settings and Printers.
Right click your printer and click properties.
Click Details and then Spool Settings.
Click on ‘Print Directly to the Printer.
Click OK and close the printer settings box.

If the above fails and you still have errors with the printouts or it will not print at all, then we strongly recommend updating your printer drivers. Go to the support section on your printer manufacturers web site to download upgraded drivers, these are usually available and free for download. Even if your PC/Printer is new you may find newer drivers than the ones already installed on your system that will correct most printing issues with our products.
