We’re sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems with one of our titles and hope that the following links to technical assistance will provide help in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. At the bottom of this page are the most common issues we find with most of our titles, more often than not you will find it's a slight configuration problem on your PC that has caused the problem, click on the question most relevant to your problem to start troubleshooting your problem.

Problems

  • I'm typing in x:\setup.exe when trying to install the title but it say's 'Path not found' or similar.

  • When running the program, I try to print something from it but nothing happens or I get a printing related error message.

  • The installation (or program) is asking for CD2 or similar but I don’t have one, what now?
